How do I create an account?
Tap "Create Account" on the welcome screen. Enter your email and choose a password. You will receive a verification email — tap the link in it before logging in. Once verified, complete the onboarding questions to personalize your experience. You can also link Google Sign-In after your first login.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account → Account Settings → Delete Account. Your account enters a 7-day grace period during which you can cancel the deletion by logging back in. After 7 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly removed. If you no longer have access to the app, email us at support@flojas.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
Is my health data secure?
Yes. 16+ data classes — including coach conversations, journal entries, GPS routes, raw metric events, check-in sessions, plans, and more — are encrypted end-to-end using AES-256-GCM with HKDF-SHA256 key derivation before being stored on Flojas servers. Your encryption keys are generated on your device and backed up in FIPS 140-2 Level 3 certified HSM hardware (Google Cloud KMS) — never stored in plaintext. Even Flojas staff cannot read your encrypted data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How does the AI Coach work?
Coach teJai is an AI-powered fitness coach that provides personalized guidance based on your health data, goals, and preferences. It can generate custom workout and meal plans, answer fitness questions, and deliver daily summaries and weekly progress digests. Coach teJai is available exclusively on the Premium tier — Basic users do not have access to AI coaching. Coach teJai is an AI system — not a licensed medical professional.
What is included in Premium?
Premium includes the full FlojasLoop: logging, Morning Check-in, Do-Today, monthly goals calibration, AI Coach chat, daily AM Brief recommendations, coach plan generation, coach-generated meal plans and grocery lists, nightly closed-loop scoring, score freshness, all trend timeframes, correlations, Health Connect / Apple Health sync, photo food logging, barcode scanning, all sports features, cricket tools, GPS workouts, video analysis, session calendar, injury log, PDF health reports, Daily Sprint, Micro Challenges, XP/rewards, and Coach Weekly Summary. Basic is account-only access for settings, billing, CSV export, legal review, and account deletion.
Which devices and platforms are supported?
Flojas is available as a web app at flojas.app, with native companion support for iOS and Android. Premium integrates with Apple Health on iOS and Google Health Connect on Android to sync workouts, sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, and body composition data from your wearables.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your billing provider or contact support from Account > Plans in the app. Upon cancellation, paid access continues through the end of your current billing cycle. No refund or proration is provided for unused time. Your account reverts to Basic account-only access after the cycle ends until Premium is restored.
Can I export my data?
Yes — CSV export is available from Basic account-only mode and Premium. Premium also includes formatted PDF health reports. Use Account > Security > Data Controls in the app. Your identity is pseudonymized in exported files where applicable. Rate limits apply: one full export per 365 days at account deletion, and one standalone export per 90 days during an active subscription.
What notifications does Flojas send?
Flojas sends streak reminders, re-engagement nudges, weekly plan summaries, and proactive coaching alerts (Premium only — up to one per day if Coach teJai detects a health anomaly). You can adjust which notifications you receive in Account → Notification Settings. Transactional messages (security alerts, billing) cannot be disabled.
